What You Need to Know
HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE?
Most orders placed in Los Angeles will take 1-2 business days to fabricate and package for shipping or delivery. If you are ordering from other parts of the US, add 1-2 additional days. If you need to have an order rushed, or require special accommodations, contact us and we will do everything we can to work within your time frame.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELATION POLICY?
You may cancel any order within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. After that, the project will have been started and no refunds will be issued.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
At the moment we do not ship internationally, however, we plan to do so soon. Sign up to our mailing list to stay updated on all future developments.
WHAT IF THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH MY ORDER?
If anything goes wrong with your order - items are damaged, items don't arrive, etc. - we are here to help. Contact us at oneonegraphics@gmail.com and we will assist you.
CAN YOU CUSTOMIZE DECALS?
Yes! We can customize decals in any size and color to fit your needs. Special orders might require extra processing time but we are happy to work with you to get the perfect item you want. Please contact us with any inquiries.
HOW DO I APPLY THE DECAL?
1. Clean the surface that you intend to place the decal on with soap and water or glass cleaner. We really like this one (link here to a glass cleaner you like so they can buy it). Make certain the surface is completely dry before moving on to the next step.
2. Smooth the decal fully to prepare it for application. use painters tape to indicate exactly where you want the decal to be placed. This will work as your guide in the next step.
3. Peel back the transfer tape with the decal on it and position it where desired. Move slowly to ensure careful application.
4. Smooth out the decal once it's in the perfect place. You want to make sure there aren’t any air pockets preventing the decal from properly adhering and looking great. A good tool for this is THIS.
BE REALLY CAREFUL.
5. Remove the transfer tape from the top of the decal by peeling it away slowly.
6. Don't forget to tag the pictures of your new decals to @1onegraphics
